This was a well written post. I think it will be of great use for many newbies. Most people are all about just copy and paste comments left and right. That way they get get more done. But, they do not realize that they are wasting time. It is probably hurting more than helping, you need to be genuine. You do not want some one posting on your blog, and not having meaning behind it. Just to throw a link in it.
